These By-laws may be amended by the majority 2/3 vote of the Association membership present and voting. These by-laws shall not be altered or amended in such a manner as to permit any members, officer, agent or employee of the Association ever to receive any compensation or any pecuniary profit for the operations of the Association, except reasonable Board approved compensation on expenses incurred for services actually rendered to the Association in effecting one or more of its purposes.
