The major goal of this Association shall be to promote maximum efforts towards the prevention, detection, elimination and prosecution of fraud. Fraud is defined as those unlawful actions on the part of applications, recipients, agency staff, and providers of goods and services or those who assist in actions that result in improper claims, payments or products.
