Board of Directors
The Board is structured with Officers (President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer), Past President, Directors (Metro - 1 Hennepin County, 1 Ramsey County, and 1 Suburban Metro; 3 at Large out state and 1 Federal Liaison), and Associates (1 from Minnesota Department of Human Services, Program Integrity Section and others at directed by the board). All board members with the exception of the Associate Board members will be voting members

Terms:
President - One year with a one year obligation as past president
Vice President - One year with movement to the president position.
Secretary/Treasurer - Two years
Past President - One year
Directors - Two years (Alternating)
Associate Director - Two years
