Annual Training Seminar and Conference
Each year MFIA sponsors two training seminars for its members. These seminars are held in rural Minnesota during spring and in the Metro area during the fall. The seminars are designed to provide training for investigators, prosecutors, collections and claims staff, and administrators on the latest techniques in the prevention, detection, and prosecution of welfare fraud and in the administration of welfare fraud programs.

The United Council of Welfare Fraud conducts on 4 day conference each year in the Fall.

All three training events qualify for continuing education credits for UCOWF and the State training will provide continuing education credits for Law Enforcement!

Look ahead at the next training dates that have been established:

Spring Conference May 12-14. 2010
